This course is being offered in association with Connecticut Children’s Medical Center’s Dept of OT/PT (Occupational Therapy/PhysicalTherapy) in conjunction with Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and Ana Maria Verissimo, MD. CCMT has been dedicated exclusively to providing massage therapy training since 1980. CCMT has three campuses. The main campus is located in Newington and there is a branch in Westport and one in Groton. Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy’s comprehensive curriculum integrates technique, science and business with extensive hands-on practice. Students in selected programs and campus locations can also participate in clinical education experiences in association with Hartford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital, William W. Backus Hospital and The Spa at Norwich Inn. Selected CCMT courses have been assessed and approved for up to 40 college credits at Charter Oak State College.
