Research has shown us that after receiving massage, children with ADHD considered themselves much happier, had improved mood and were observed to fidget less.
Additionally, their teachers noticed the children were less hyperactive and had the ability to focus more and their classroom behavior improved.

This is great. There seem to be more and more kids having ADHD all the time. Maybe this would be a good way to get them to focus and calm down instead of using all those meds.
My son has been diagnosed as hyper active, not fully ADHD the doc said, but I don't know. In any case I used some massage with him after I read an article online how massage helps children with ADD and it seems to help him calm down a lot. It is always really nice to do the massage before bedtime so he can sleep better.
