it really works!!!! You'll get to sleep more too!!!!

Tina showed me how to do some massage strokes that she said were relaxing strokes and they really were. It's simple to do and my daughter loves it too.

I know in my classes many of the parents mention that it really does make a difference when theyonly use relaxing strokes at bedtime. Tina I remember when you taught us the difference and it does really work.

My dear little Ellie likes lots of the different strokes, but lately she seems to mainly want to massage her back. It seems to put her right to sleep!

I have noticed that my daughter does sleep better after massage. Not only does she sleep more soundly but for a longer amount of time. It's so cool how I am able to get more done and relax while she is resting. I can also tell that she is sleeping much more calmly, not so much fussing around. She looks so peaceful after her massage and while taking her nap.
