HI Nicole,
Infant massage can help with constipation. You want to do the massage in a clock wise circle on the tummy area. Make sure you want until after half and hour afer your baby eats before you do the massage. I am not sure where you are located, but you might want to think about taking a class so you can learn all the massage strokes that help with constipation.
