Tracey you can start providing healthy touch for the baby as soon as she arrives. Massage can also be done with care, however waiting until she is about three weeks or one month old is the best idea, because as the parent you will already have an idea of how to know if the baby likes something or not. Then you'll be able to give a baby massage that the baby will enjoy.
