Your ideas sound wonderful, even the spa in the middle of the sea! I applaud you for considering providing therapy for children, and ultimately providing their families with a natural approach to bond with them. Having worked with babies, children and families for a number of years I can truly tell you how rewarding this work is.

A business plan can be quite an undertaking. One of my first suggestions would be to formulate an educational plan which will help you to get the background and training necessary to provide pediatric massage therapy. Having appropriate training can be the key between achieving success or not. My second suggestion would be to start with a one year plan, then a 3 year, 5 year and 10 year. Pace yourself, so that you can realistically accomplish your goals. This way you won't get discouraged and you'll be able to accomplish so much more.
