Ms. Allen will present “Infant Massage: A Nurturing Intervention for Optimal Child Development.”.


Babies and children simply love to be touched. In fact, they thrive on it and it is crucial to their development. During this session learn evidence-based benefits of infant massage, massage techniques, indications/contraindications, how to become certified to teach infant massage, and the importance of nurturing touch in healthy emotional relationships


During this session learn:

  • Evidence based benefits of infant massage
  • How infant massage may contribute to physiological, neurological and psychological development and function
  • Simple hands-on infant massage protocol
  • How to become trained to teach infant massage to parents and caregivers
