All course registrations must be accompanied by payment in full in order to confirm your space in the class. Class space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the case that you need to cancel your registration, please contact info@liddlekidz.com or send written correspondence via registered letter to our United States Office. You must state the course title and date upon cancellation. Refunds requested by participants are only available according to the following policy:
Refunds requested by participants are only available according to the following policy:
- If notification is received by our office 30 business days prior to the start of the class, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $200.00 processing fee.
- If notification is received by our office between 14 - 30 business days prior to the start of the class, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $400.00 processing fee.
- If notification is received by our office within 13 business days prior to the start date of the class, or you do not show up for the class, any and all registration fees paid will be retained in full.
Liddle Kidz reserves the right to cancel any training, workshop, class or course. In the event of a cancellation you have the following choices available to you:
- If the class has been cancelled and rescheduled at the same location by Liddle Kidz, the registration fee that has been paid for the cancelled dates will be applied to the rescheduled dates of training at the same location.
- If the class has been cancelled and you do not wish to attend the training during the rescheduled dates, you will receive a full refund of your registration fees.
- If the class has been cancelled, your paid registration fee can be used as credit towards the same training at any location available within one year of the cancellation. We will honor the registration fee (if paid in full), regardless of any increase in registration fees for the new course date that you choose to attend.
Liddle Kidz cannot be responsible for providing refunds or offering makeup sessions for class time missed as a result of students' illnesses, emergencies or events beyond the students' control. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone.
