Touch Therapy for Liddle Kidz™ with Cancer  | Austin, TX | USA

Massage for Children with CancerThe Touch Therapy for Liddle Kidz™ with Cancer Course is coming to Austin, Texas.  This Accredited 2-day professional training, taught by Master Teacher Tina Allen, will be held at Dell Children’s Medical Center.

Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas, is the only dedicated freestanding pediatric facility in the region. Kids are different and so is Dell Children’s.  Children are not small adults. They have unique healthcare needs. Statistics show that children heal faster when treated in a children’s hospital. At Dell Children’s, they treat each of their patients with extra care, time, monitoring and specialized pediatric medical skills and compassion.

Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central TexasIn the state capital of Texas, Austin, they pride themselves on being far from ordinary.  In fact, they celebrate being “weird.”   Austin is a unique city providing a blend of Old West charm, southern hospitality, and modern sophistication. Feast on some of the best foods in the world, take in some sun at one of the lakes, and enjoy a never ending array of things to see and do.   Austin is a hot spot for creativity and embraces its community of musicians, artists, entrepreneurs and progressive thinkers.

Legendary Recording Artist Willie Nelson | Austin, TexasAustin is home to a singer named Willie, a cyclist named Lance, a Longhorn steer named Bevo, and it’s known for being the Live Music Capital of the World®, a title that the locals take pretty seriously with nearly 200 live music venues.

Austin is popular with visitors because of its many art and culture events. Austin also holds a close connection to the water because of its position on the Colorado River and the presence of three artificial lakes within city limits.  But that’s not all that forms the landscape. As the gateway to the Texas Hill Country, rolling hills and sparkling waterways abound in Austin. And each night during the summer, locals gather to watch 1.5 million bats take flight from underneath the Ann Richards Congress Avenue Bridge.

SXSW Music | Austin, Texas USASouth by Southwest (SXSW) is one of the largest music festivals in the United States, with more than 1,400 performers playing dozens of venues around Austin over four days, in the Spring.

Originating as the Austin Battle of the Bands, SXSW officially began in 1987 and is centered on the downtown Austin Convention Center. Each of the three parts, interactive, film, and music festivals and conferences, run relatively independently, with different start and end dates

City of Austin TexasEnjoy the outdoors. While Austin is a large, cosmopolitan city, it also offers easy access to cycling, biking and hiking within short distance of the main streets. Barton Creek Greenbelt is easily accessible by foot or public transportation. It offers about eight miles of trails that are great for hiking, bird watching and even mountain biking. For those who prefer water activities, the Colorado River is a great destination for kayaking. The three local lakes (Lady Bird, Austin and Walter E. Long) are great for less ambitious pursuits like swimming.

There are so many ways to see historic Austin, come to Austin and discover with us!
