The Touch Therapy for Liddle Kidz with Autism (ASD) is coming to Atlanta (Suwanee), the Capitol of Georgia. This Accredited 2-day professional training, taught by Master Teacher Tina Allen, will be held at the Georgia Massage School.
Located in Suwanee, the Georgia Massage School is led by the best in the massage therapy business. Laurie Craig, co-founder of the Georgia Massage School, is the 2007 recipient of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) National Teacher of The Year award. She is the only recipient ever honored with this prestigious award currently teaching in the state of Georgia.
While in Suwanee, visit some of the many luxurious golf courses or take the kids to Adrenaline Climbing Gym. The Adrenaline Climbing Gym is a climbing gym and adventure-sport arena with overhanging walls and stout boulders to climb. There are also vertical cliffs created especially for novices and kids. As the kids would say “It’s totally awesome!”
And, while in town, take a 35 minute drive to Atlanta to visit so many fantastic attractions including the Atlanta Botanical Garden. At the Atlanta Botanical Garden, step into a world of magic and serenity, where new additions like the Fuqua Orchid Center treat visitors to a rare collection of high-elevation orchids never before grown in the southeast.
Dive into a one-of-a-kind aquatic experience at the world's largest aquarium, the Georgia Aquarium! Get up close with gentle whale sharks, toothy sand tiger sharks, graceful beluga whales, playful sea otters and aquatic animals from around the globe. With the largest collection of aquatic animals, you are sure to see things you've never seen before!
We are not huge advocates of drinking high-fructose corn syrup, but a visit to Atlanta would not be complete without stopping by the World of Coca-Cola. The World of Coca-Cola is the only place where you can explore the complete story—past, present, and future—of the world's best-known brand!
While there, taste over 60 different products from around the globe, experience the thrilling 4-D Theater (3D movie with moving seats), be amazed by a fully-functioning bottling line and take home a FREE 8-ounce bottle of Coca-Cola®, give the 7-foot-tall Coca-Cola® Polar Bear a big hug, see the world's largest collection of Coke memorabilia, view works by artists such as Steve Penley, Haddon Sundblom and Howard Finster in the Pop Culture Gallery, and so much more.
And, not to be missed is Little Five Points! Little Five Points is one of the coolest spots on the map. A bohemian hangout with a rich mix of art, theater, and shopping, it has been the epicenter of all things alternative for many years.
7 Stages Theatre, Horizon Theatre, Variety Playhouse, Star Community Bar (with a shrine to Elvis) and if these don’t excite you, there are many other pubs and nightlife places that can help get your party started.
There are so many ways to see historic Atlanta, why not come to Atlanta and discover with us!
Finally, an advanced pediatric massage therapy training program for healthcare professionals who wish to provide touch therapy for children with Autism (ASD). The Liddle Kidz Foundation course is an intense, fun and effective way to advance your pediatric massage therapy skills and embrace children who have been diagnosed with one of many developmental disorders that includes autism, Asperger's Syndrome, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), pervasive development disorder (PDD), and nonverbal learning disorder (NLD).
Founded by master teacher and philanthropist Tina Allen, the Liddle Kidz Foundation offers a new, comprehensive, research based training course and teaches students what they really need to know to become an advanced professional in the area of pediatric massage therapy.
Any experienced healthcare professional will tell you that there is a world of difference between learning how to massage a child from a book or DVD, and knowing how to provide the best care to meet a child and families needs, however, there are few opportunities to learn the skills they really need from a working healthcare professional who has provided infant and pediatric massage education throughout the world.
With specialized advanced training in Pediatric Massage Therapy, you have the unique opportunity to impact a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder for a lifetime.
